Ich wußte, wie man in einem Bett schläft, zu Jesus betet, sich kämmt, mit Messer und Gabel ißt und wie man die Toilette benutzt. Ebenso hatte ich gelernt, dass der Mensch mit dem Kopf denkt und nicht mit dem Herzen...

I had learnt many English words and could recite a part of Ten orders. I knew how one sleeps in a bed, to Jesus prays, combs, with knife and fork eats and how one uses the toilet. Also I had learnt that the person with the head thinks and not with the heart...

J'avais appris beaucoup de mots anglais et pouvais réciter une partie de Dix exigences. Je savais, comment on dort dans un lit, à Jésus prie, se peigne, avec le couteau et la fourchette mange et comme on utilise la toilette. Aussi j'avais appris que la personne de la tête pense et non du coeur...
